If you want to stay in shape and stay healthy, you may want to consider adding whey proteine isolate to your diet. When you add whey protein to your diet, you eliminate the need to eat meat. Meat in itself isn’t bad, but we just don’t need too much of it.

A small, matchstick size piece of lean steak or chicken is good enough for lunch and dinner to get the isolate protein you need. But, that doesn’t get you very full, does it? You may find yourself reaching for a hamburger in the middle of the day, if you only had a small piece of meat for lunch. But, a scoop of whey protein in a large shake can make you feel full, so you don’t eat more and gain weight.
